28 - independent scholar - artistTaryn received their Bachelors of Arts in Game Design and Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2019. Since then, they have continued their academic interests through independent scholarship. They additionally continue their work as a freelance artist, taking commissions on an as needed basis.
Abusive Fans Research
I am currently working on researching abusive fans - people who are obsessed with content creators to the point of stalking, sexual harassment, and identity stealing (catfishing/kinning/etc). I am looking to interview creators and their friends, family, and significant others regarding the impact these types of fans have on them.If you would like to share how abusive fans have impacted you, click the link below to sign up for an update once I am ready to interview.
